D7.2

Spendor's new D7.2 loudspeaker combines distinctive modern styling with state-of-the-art engineering. This medium-size, 2.5 way, floor-standing loudspeaker delivers music with a vibrant realism that conventional loudspeakers cannot match. The D7.2’s are large enough to deliver deep articulate bass and capture the essence of a live performance, yet they can be easily placed in any listening room.

The D7 is easy to drive, truly compatible with valve amplifiers, and also genuinely efficient. For almost twenty years Spendor manufactured the legendary LS3/5a BBC mini-monitor; a loudspeaker which became an international reference standard. The S3/5R2 proudly continued this tradition with the most significant, and the A1 is the current implementation of this model. The A1 takes a big step forward with significant improvements in low frequency articulation, dynamics, transparency and sound integration.

I’ve yet to hear any speaker in this size/price point which is superior. The A1 has it all.
